Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Duv Shack Media LLC ("Duv Shack Media," "we," "us") collects,

uses, and shares information in connection with our client galleries and online store hosted on the

Pixieset platform (the "Galleries"). By using the Galleries or placing an order, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide when ordering:

• Your name and the athlete's name (used to match your order to the correct photos);

• Your email address and phone number (used for delivery and order communication);

• Order details: products purchased, options selected, and delivery information.

Payment information: Payments are processed by third-party processors (including Stripe and/or

Pixieset's payment partners). We do not collect, see, or store your full credit or debit card number.

We receive limited payment confirmations (such as the amount paid, the last four digits of the card,

and transaction identifiers).

Gallery and website data: The Galleries are hosted by Pixieset. Pixieset may collect standard

technical data when you visit — such as IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed,

and cookies — as described in Pixieset's own privacy policy.

Photographs: Our Galleries contain photographs of athletes and event participants, taken at team,

league, school, or event sessions arranged with the organizing body.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Fulfill and deliver your order, including producing physical products with our print partners;

• Match orders to the correct athlete and gallery;

• Send delivery emails, download links, receipts, and order updates;

• Respond to your questions and support requests;

• Collect and remit sales tax and keep business records as required by Florida and federal law;

• Prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use athlete names or your contact details for

unrelated marketing, and we do not send marketing emails unless you opt in.

3. How we share information

We share only the information needed to run the Galleries and fulfill orders, with:

• Pixieset — gallery hosting, store, and delivery platform;

• Stripe (and/or Pixieset's payment partners) — payment processing;

• Print and production partners (such as our photo lab and sign/print suppliers) — only the

image, athlete name, and product details needed to manufacture your physical products;

• Authorities or advisers — when required by law, tax obligation, or to protect our rights.

These providers process information under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review

the privacy policies of Pixieset and Stripe.

4. Photographs of minors

Many of our photographs depict minors participating in youth sports and activities. We take the

following steps to protect them:

• Galleries are password-protected, and download access requires a PIN or purchase;

• Athlete names are used only to organize galleries and match orders — never sold or published for

marketing lists;

• Images are offered for sale only to families connected with the team or event;

• A parent or legal guardian may request removal of an image of their child at any time by emailing

us, and we will remove it promptly.

5. Cookies and tracking

The Pixieset platform uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functions (such as keeping

you logged in to a gallery and processing checkout) and for platform analytics. We do not operate our

own advertising trackers in the Galleries. You can control cookies through your browser settings;

disabling cookies may break some gallery or checkout functions.

6. Data retention

• Order and tax records are retained as required by law (generally at least 5 years for Florida sales

tax records);

• Gallery image files are retained per the archiving schedule in our Terms of Service (online at least

90 days; archived offline up to 1 year), after which they may be deleted;

• Contact information used only for order delivery is retained with the order record.

7. Security

We rely on Pixieset and Stripe's security measures for gallery hosting and payments, use

password-protected galleries and download PINs, and limit access to order information to Duv Shack

Media personnel. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You may email us at any time to:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you;

• Correct inaccurate information;

• Request deletion of your personal information (subject to records we must keep for tax and legal

compliance);

• Request removal of a photograph of your child;

• Opt out of any portfolio/promotional use of your child's image.

We respond to verified requests within a reasonable time, generally within 30 days.

9. Third-party links

The Galleries may link to third-party sites (such as social media). We are not responsible for the

privacy practices of those sites.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version will be posted with its effective date,

and material changes will apply prospectively.
